The Retroverse is an indie, story driven FNaF horror game series that takes place in its own separate continuity and timeline. The series explores the impact that Sophia Ellen has caused in the world. Rather than focusing only on surviving haunted animatronics, the Retroverse examines the long term psychological and societal damage caused by Sophia Ellen’s crimes. Her actions don’t simply create ghosts and monsters, they leave behind broken families, ruined businesses, distrustful communities, Rougue AIs, BloodThirsty Monsters and people permanently scarred by fear. The fear spreads beyond the buildings and into everyday life, infecting the world itself like a virus.
